86bd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "86bd", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 86bd platform accessible at https://86bd.io.
• "Platform" means the 86bd website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, and betting markets offered thereunder.
• "Member", "you", "your" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member following successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other market available on the Platform.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software studio whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operations and deadlines.

Headings in this document are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes all amendments thereto.

2.1 Age Requirement. The 86bd Platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an Account or place any Bet. 86bd enforces this requirement rigorously and will request documentary proof of age at any stage. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are required to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.4 Verification. 86bd reserves the right to require identity verification at registration or at any subsequent point. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method may also be requested. Access to withdrawal functions may be restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.5 Restricted Territories. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate the laws of your country, region, or locality. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 86bd makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 86bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 86bd immediately by contacting our support team. 86bd will investigate and may temporarily suspend your Account pending the outcome of that investigation. You must cooperate fully with any such investigation.

3.3 Account Activity. All Bets placed and transactions carried out under your Account credentials are deemed to have been made by you and are your sole responsibility. 86bd will not reverse bets or transactions on the basis that your credentials were used by another person unless fraud is confirmed following investigation.

3.4 Device and Network Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access the Platform are secure. 86bd recommends using a private, password-protected network and keeping your device's operating system and browser software up to date. 86bd is not responsible for any loss resulting from use of a shared, compromised, or unsecured device or network.

4.1 Accepted Methods. 86bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. 86bd does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment accounts not registered in your name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Members may view current limits within their Account settings. 86bd reserves the right to apply enhanced limits to accounts flagged for unusual transaction patterns.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within approximately five minutes of submission. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. 86bd does not guarantee specific processing times but will make commercially reasonable efforts to process withdrawals promptly.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds sourced from criminal activity, third-party credit provided for gambling purposes, or any other illegitimate source. 86bd may request evidence of the source of funds at any time and may suspend withdrawal rights pending satisfactory evidence.

4.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit fails to appear in your Account within a reasonable time, you should contact our support team with transaction reference details. 86bd will investigate and, where the funds have been received, will credit your Account accordingly. 86bd is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 86bd are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These Terms & Conditions provide the overarching framework within which all promotional terms operate. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail only in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered at a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not contribute to wagering requirements. 86bd reserves the right to alter wagering requirements for individual promotions at its sole discretion, provided that changes are communicated clearly before the promotion commences.

5.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. A Member who has previously self-excluded or whose account is subject to responsible gaming restrictions may not be eligible for certain promotions. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the relevant promotion's terms.

5.4 Abuse. 86bd reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or recover bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements; or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Bets are subject to acceptance by 86bd. 86bd reserves the right to refuse or limit any Bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. The confirmation of a Bet does not guarantee settlement in the Member's favour; it confirms only that the Bet has been received and accepted.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in a Bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions, 86bd reserves the right to void the affected Bet and return the stake to the Member's Account. 86bd will not be liable for any consequential loss resulting from such an event.

6.3 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the specific rules for each sport as published in the Platform's help section. In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or cancellation of a fixture, 86bd's settlement rules for that sport will apply.

6.4 Casino and Crash Games. Casino games, live dealer games, and crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) are governed by the rules published by the respective Game Provider. Random number generators used in eligible games are independently certified. Provably fair crash games are verifiable via the seed and hash system described within each game's interface.

6.5 Settlement. Bets are settled as soon as the relevant outcome is confirmed. Settlement timelines vary by market and event type. 86bd may delay settlement in exceptional circumstances — such as disputes over match results, investigations into irregular activity, or data provider outages — without incurring liability to the Member.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 86bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information at any stage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit market inefficiencies.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 86bd immediately.
• Placing Bets in connection with any match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corrupt activity relating to sporting events.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Platform or any Game Provider's software.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair our servers or the networks connected to them.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the 86bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 86bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 86bd name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 86bd.

8.2 Limited Licence. 86bd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

8.3 Game Provider Content. Games and related content provided by third-party Game Providers remain the exclusive intellectual property of those providers. Your use of such games is subject to the applicable Game Provider's end-user licence terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

9.1 General Disclaimer. The 86bd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 86bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 86bd expressly disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 86bd's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall 86bd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 86bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Internet and Technology Risks. 86bd shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from disruptions to internet connectivity, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment system outages that are outside 86bd's reasonable control.

10.1 Commitment. 86bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment. We encourage all Members to set personal limits on their deposits, wagers, and session durations, and to take regular breaks from gambling activity.

10.2 Tools Available. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members through Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

11.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 86bd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements.
